Enjoying bubbles & dolphins in Malibu…

Driving from Santa Monica into Malibu is one of my favourite things to do when in LA. The drive along the coast and the vast beauty of the Pacific is all encompassing as you hit this well-known stretch of road that continues for miles. If you can get hold of a convertible then this is a memorable moment and you can stop by the immense stretches of enticing beach for a cool dip whenever it takes your fancy. If you do manage to stop for more than a swim and fancy some brunch or a fantastic dinner then stop by the Sunset Restaurant at Zuma Beach. This beach cottage-style restaurant is tucked away off the main road and with huge windows offers a panoramic view of the deep blue ocean and soft sands that make up this pristine part of the Californian coastline. Order bubbles anytime of the day and see dolphins playfully swimming along the shore from the comfort of your table. It is called Sunset for a reason, the sunsets here are exquisite and along with delicious freshly-caught seafood you are bound to be enchanted by this incredible spot.
